As a Post Placement Support Consultant, your role will be to monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment.
This role is located in Launceston, TAS Region and report directly to the State Manager.

1. Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
3. Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
4. Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
5. Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
6. High degree of self-motivation
7. Strong engagement and relationship building skills
8. Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs
