What You'll Do
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be exposed to various areas of the business including but not limited to:
* Retail and trade sales of irrigation, pumping, mining and filtration products.
* Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, site visits and stores with an emphasis on growing trade sales.
* Preparing estimates and assisting with project pricing and product selection.
* Stocktakes.
* Invoicing.
* Warehouse/dispatch activities including customer deliveries.
* Extensive training will be provided.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in the irrigation industry (commercial, domestic, turf or related sectors).
* Strong product and system knowledge across irrigation, pumping and/or filtration solutions.
* Solid communication skills with the ability to manage customer enquiries across phone, email, in-store and on-site environments.
* High quality customer service.
* Experience and passion for sales and building client relationships.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Can-do attitude – eager to learn and grow.
* Ability to work effectively in a safety-focused environment.
* Either hold or be willing to obtain a forklift license.
* Clean and current driver's license essential for this role.
