Our Client
Join a well-established, family-operated residential builderwith over 40 years of local experience. With a strong reputation for high-quality custom homes and a genuinely supportive culture, they are looking to add a Construction Estimator to their growing team.
This is a full-time role, based at their Geelong office.
The Role
* Completing all building estimating requirements for custom builds
* Creating BOQs
* Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments as required
* Preparing take-offs to determine material and labour budgets
* Overseeing all documentation to contractors/suppliers
About You
* At least 2-3 years estimating experience within residential construction
* Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
* Proficiency with estimating software
* Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing team
