At our company, we've mapped the full process. You won't be sent to a job site unless it has an approved dig permit. That means less waiting, more drilling, and more money in your pocket.
Each crew runs with a minimum of three people:
Tracker
Labourer
You drill. The tracker tracks. The labourer handles links and site prep. Simple.
We've built systems and an app that gives you everything you need: permits, dials, photos — all in one place. The easier we make your job, the better it is for everyone.
What We're Offering
Up to $150,000 base salary
Monthly meter-rate bonus after minimum targets
LAFHA paid
15:6 roster
Access to the latest tech: Terratrack (DCI) – in trial, GPR (coming soon)
Minimal paperwork
