PROJECT MANAGER | ACT / MORUYA NSW · Senior Project Manager role delivering $2M-$20M construction projects · Education & Health sector exposure with a well-established contractor · Canberra-based role with flexibility to work from site in Moruya About ACT / Moruya NSW · ACT Population: ~462,000 · Moruya: Lifestyle coastal location on the NSW South Coast · Known for: Government, education & health infrastructure projects · Excellent balance between career progression and lifestyle About the role A well-established construction business is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their ACT operations. There is flexibility for the successful candidate to be based either in Canberra or working directly from site in Moruya NSW. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects valued between $2M and $20M, primarily across the Education and Health sectors. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. Tasks & Responsibilities * Manage construction projects from planning through to handover * Deliver projects in line with approved budgets, programs and specifications * Prepare and manage detailed construction programs and milestones * Lead Site Managers and Contract Administrators * Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations * Ensure accurate project reporting, forecasting and invoicing * Oversee quality assurance, WHS and environmental compliance * Manage subcontractors, consultants and site performance * Drive continuous improvement and best practice across projects Skills & Experience * Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager * Proven delivery of projects valued $2M-$20M * Experience in Education and Health sector projects * Strong construction methodology and programming skills * Experience using construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, Jobpac Cheops or similar) * High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications * Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills * Team player with a professional attitude and strong work ethic Benefits & Perks * $150,000-$170,000 super * Company vehicle, laptop & tools of trade provided * Senior leadership role with autonomy and responsibility * Strong project pipeline and long-term stability * Opportunity to work on meaningful Education & Health projects * Supportive management and values-driven culture About the company This Australian construction business delivers multi-trade building services across government, education and health sectors.
