About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues across a variety of sites
* Installing, maintaining, and servicing diverse plumbing systems
* Providing expert guidance to customers on plumbing solutions
* Ensuring all work meets safety compliance and industry standards
* Completing digital job notes, photos, and documentation accurately
* Pipe relining and rehabilitation across residential and commercial properties
* CCTV drain inspections and no-dig repair solutions
* Collaborating with teammates to consistently exceed customer expectations
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3+ years plumbing experience in a maintenance or repair role
* Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
* Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide clear, professional advice
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to complete digital documentation via phone/tablet
