**The Role** of Baker (full-time), your responsibilities will include:
- Experienced in mixing, baking (ovens) and shaping and finishing
- Working with Head Baker to improve day-to-day processes & efficiencies
- Championing a culture of safety and quality through training, setting high standards, and leading by example.
- Collaborating to identify and rectify quality issues swiftly.
- Innovate - we are looking for a sourdough PASSIONESTA.
- Promptly reporting any major malfunctions of plant and equipment
- Always Maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards.
**What We're Looking for** to excel in this Role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years experience with sourdough mixing starters and baking.
- Flexibility - early starts in the days, evenings, and weekend shifts.
- Hands-on with high energy and an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Great communication skills.
- Self-motivated and autonomous work ethic, coupled with a strong team spirit.
- The ability to meet deadlines and achieve production targets consistently.
- Some Experience with HACCAP, AQ Systems and process and OH&S

Pay: $55,700.00 - $65,000.00 per year
