Offer description

About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to provide administration support from the RBWH to specialist Cardiology clinics targeted to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients with suspected/ diagnosed cardiac conditions who require specialist Cardiology Investigation Services. The role will encompass liaising, booking and providing administrative support to T-CI partnered facilities.
About you
- Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients in a culturally sensitive manner as the first point of contact to coordinate Cardiology Outpatient appointments through the HOPE Program and Tele-Cardiac Sites.
- Accurately view information from Institute of Urban Indigenous Health booking systems to ensure booking accuracy across Metro North and IUIH.
- Management of all patient appointments including appointment offers, follow-up reviews, rescheduling and cancellations in conjunction with the Medical, Allied, Nursing, IUIH staff and ESM policies.
