You will provide career coaching and guidance to young people as part of our Support Pathway Program which incorporates the Transition to Work (TTW) program. In this role you will: Deliver high quality career coaching to young people Help clients set goals and identify areas of interest Provide one-on-one mentorship to upskill clients and empower them to reach their potential Source local employment opportunities and match them to client interests and abilities Establish and maintain relationships with employers throughout the region Be proactive, compassionate and innovative in finding opportunities for the young people you represent This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to have a lasting positive impact on the lives of young people in our community.
