Customer Engagement Coordinator
This is a remote role in Australia or New Zealand. You'll collaborate with our engagement manager to create proposals, quotes and project documents for new and existing customers.
* Support the customer engagement manager in preparing proposal, quote and project documents for new and existing clients
* Participate in client discussions alongside the manager, gathering requirements and contributing to draft solutions
* Assist in coordinating tender responses, including information gathering, submission formatting and accuracy checking
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project outcomes, metrics and forecasting data
* Liaise with consultants and leadership to gather technical input and service details needed for proposals and client communications
* Support reporting on customer engagement metrics and project activity, providing summaries for review by the manager and head of operations
* Collaborate on external-facing activities such as conference, event or client meeting coordination when required
About you:
* 3+ years' experience in client-facing coordination, account support, sales, business development support or similar roles
* A background in consulting or digital services is beneficial
* Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
* Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately for diverse audiences, using formats and styles that suit each situation
* An eye for detail, particularly when preparing and reviewing proposals, tenders and client documents
* Experience using CRM or pipeline tracking tools to manage client information and activity – bonus points if you've used Hubspot
* A collaborative mindset, able to work across multiple stakeholders and teams effectively
* Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative while working under guidance
