Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional support? We're seeking a Client Services Officer to join our clients financial planning team in Wollongong.
In this role, you will be the backbone of the financial planner's operations. You'll handle essential back end procedures, freeing up the planners to focus on what they do best, building strong relationships and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
Preparing and processing client-related paperwork and documentation.
Managing and updating client files and the internal CRM system.
Liaising with fund managers, insurance companies, and other third-party providers.
Assisting with the implementation of financial advice strategies.
Input client data into the centrelink system.
Maintain compliance to ASIC standards.
We're Looking For Someone With
At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role within the financial planning industry.
Proficiency with Xplan as well as the Microsoft office suite.
A strong understanding of administrative processes and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
