**About the Role**
**Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Ensure a high level of quality care and services are delivered at all times.
- Oversee implementation and management of policies and standards which comply with the Aged Care Standards.
- Manage, lead and develop staff to achieve deliverables and KPIs.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to the team.
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Generate reports and maintain documentation in line with legislative, procedural, health and Aged Care Standards.
- Maintain agreed budgets and financial reporting.
- Develop new and innovative ideas as to how to grow and promote the services of the facility.
- Ensure key client performance satisfaction levels are delivered at all times.
- Proactively promote the services within the industry and local community, establishing and maintaining key networks and partnerships.
- Complaint resolution.
- Accountability for clinical and operational management of Roshana Care Group aged care facilities.
- Manage, lead, and develop staff to achieve agreed targets and service delivery excellence.
- Ensure that the services meet legislative compliance requirements and contractual agreements.
- Lead and support the team to maintain a culture of value and a positive work/home environment
**Key attributes required include**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership/management role within a care setting with a knowledge of clinical management.
- AN-ACC and Aged Care Accreditation Standards knowledge.
- Demonstrated Clinical Governance knowledge.
- Aged Care industry knowledge and a passion for the industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with the capability to manage and support a diverse team through supervision, empowerment, and training.
- Demonstrated experience in developing partnerships with relevant stakeholders and liaise closely with Roshana Care Group head office finance, HR and Governance teams.
- High level of organisation skills including the ability to prioritise in accordance with service delivery guidelines.
- Demonstrate alignment to Roshana Care Group values.
- AHPRA registration.
