Job Summary: A highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Leader is sought to spearhead the culinary operations of a large hospitality venue. This key position involves leading a team of chefs across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless kitchen operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in menu development, cost management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative menus, managing costs, and providing hands-on training to the team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of approximately 35 chefs across four outlets
* Developing and implementing menu strategies to drive sales and profitability
* Collaborating with Sous Chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high standards of food quality
* Providing expert guidance and support to junior chefs to help them achieve their full potential
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, multi-outlet or large-team environment
* Strong knowledge of menu engineering, cost control, and kitchen operations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor during peak periods
