Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Interpreter. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their machinery parts requirements. Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of front desk operations, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
* Maintain inventory records and optimise stock levels to meet customer demand.
* Collaborate with the parts manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
* Assist with dealership administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
* Support other departments as needed and actively participate in training and development programs.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing freight logistics on a day-to-day basis.
* Work with colleagues to continually improve rolling stock-take processes.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with agricultural machinery and parts is desirable, however not essential.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
* Self‐motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
