About the Role
Due to continued growth, ARI is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week. This is a newly created position, giving you the opportunity to shape the role and truly make it your own, with support from our commercial team.
You'll be at the heart of our marketing activity, helping to share ARI's story with clients, industry partners, and the wider market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, can communicate effectively in a technical space, and has the creativity to transform complex services into clear, compelling messages that stand out.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Create engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content for our website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and client communications.
Design and update marketing materials, including brochures, capability statements, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
Coordinate ARI's involvement in trade shows, industry conferences, and client events, from planning to on-the-day logistics.
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with our brand voice.
Capture and edit photos and short videos to support campaigns, case studies, and social media activity.
Lead internal communications, share company updates and exciting news, keeping employees informed and celebrate team achievements through newsletters, announcements, and other channels.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing output.
About You
2–4 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a related role – ideally in an industrial, technical, or B2B environment.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related field (desirable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for technical and commercial audiences.
Creative design skills – Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) highly regarded.
Experience with SEO principles and best practices advantageous, with the ability to optimise content for search engines and improve online visibility.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a small team.
