The Role
As Store Manager at Midas Concession Woden, you'll lead from the front - driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.
What you'll do:
- Create memorable customer moments every day
- Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
- Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
- Manage rosters and wage performance with precision
