About the Role
We seek an experienced telecom solution architect with 8-15 years of telecommunications experience specializing in Ericsson RAN, Transport, and In-Building solutions.
This position supports major network operators' 4G and 5G deployment and modernization programs, providing technical design, integration planning, and solution validation expertise.
* Develop Method of Procedure documents for installation, upgrades, and live integrations.
* Perform and oversee configuration and integration of Baseband 6672, Router 6675, MINI-LINK 6000, Ericsson Site Controller (ESC), and Radio DOT System (RDS).
* Execute and troubleshoot RET configurations and RF alignment.
* Conduct solution testing, ATP validation, and ensure post-integration performance compliance.
* Provide technical governance and documentation throughout the deployment lifecycle.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and Ericsson support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
* Support field and integration engineers with fault isolation, RCA, and advanced troubleshooting.
* Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and quality standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
* 8-15 years of experience in telecom network deployment, integration, or solution architecture.
* Proven Australian network deployment experience, ideally with major Australian operators.
* Deep technical expertise in Ericsson RAN, Transport, and IBC solutions, including Baseband 6672, Router 6675, MINI-LINK 6000, Ericsson Site Controller (ESC), and Radio DOT System (RDS).
* Strong hands-on skills in MOP development, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
* Proficient in ENM, OSS-RC, MOSHELL, Node CLI.
* Thorough understanding of 4G/5G technologies.
* Excellent communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
