Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A strong background in HR, with relevant qualifications and experience in advisory or business partnering roles
* Excellent knowledge of employment law, modern HR practices, and employee relations
* High-level communication, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
* A proactive and resilient mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities
