Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our Energy Markets Cyber Coordination (EMCC) team.
* This key role involves coordinating logistics for stakeholder meetings, maintaining up-to-date tools such as Jira & Confluence, and tracking workload requests, schedules, milestones, and key tasks across the EMCC streams.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining Jira boards and Confluence spaces, ensuring timely updates to monthly/quarterly cycles, actions, issues, and documentation.
* Organizing and supporting internal and external meetings, forums, and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and post-meeting action tracking.
* Defining, executing, and maintaining document version control, risk, and issue registers, and documentation in accordance with governance requirements.
* Reviewing new project proposals, monitoring the workload pipeline, and reporting on the status of ongoing delivery workload.
* Documenting and tracking risks that can affect project quality, scope, time, and budget, in accordance with the project plan and corporate KPIs.
* Raising and tracking purchase orders (POs), processing invoices, and managing procurement workflows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Key Requirements:
* Strong experience in a project coordination, administrative, or PMO support role, ideally within cybersecurity, energy, or a regulated industry.
* Must have procurement and project management; financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking activities across multiple workstreams.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar enterprise systems for raising POs and processing invoices.
* Experience supporting teams using tools such as SharePoint and the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
* Familiarity with the energy sector, critical infrastructure, or government-related cybersecurity programs.
Education and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in computer science, business administration, project management, and/or technology-related fields or equivalent industry experience.
* Desirable – Foundation level Project Management certifications, for example CAPM, AIM CERT IV, or Agile PM.
