About The Role
Based at Armidale Hospital, you will:
* Coordinate and streamline stroke care pathways
* Support clinicians in delivering evidence-based stroke management
* Provide education to staff across the service
* Work closely with patients and families throughout the recovery journey
* Contribute to clinical audits and service improvement initiatives
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership and service development. You'll work independently, prioritising complex needs while playing a key role in driving stroke excellence across the hospital.

* Passionate about stroke care and committed to evidence-based practice
* Confident communicator and natural educator
* Comfortable working autonomously and leading service improvements
* Experienced nurse or allied health professional with a desire to grow
* Strong clinical background and commitment to best-practice stroke care

* Training in Telestroke pathways
* Education in national stroke care standards
* Support in clinical auditing and quality improvement processes
