**About the role**
As a LiveChat Customer Representative with Dulux, you will provide an incredibly high level of customer service, offering technical support to our customers who are enquiring about our paint products, colour, and project advice.
This is a part time opportunity for a fixed term of 12-months with the potential to become permanent. You will work a total of 25.5 hours per week, Friday to Monday.
Monday and Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm
Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm
There is also the flexibility to work remotely, hybrid or from our Padstow office.
**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and problem solve customer queries
- Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumers enquiry
- Share relevant documentation, issues, and resolutions to improve efficiency
- Promote services offered through the Dulux business.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience within customer service/ call centre environments
- Tech savvy with the ability to navigate across different software platforms
- Experience working with colour or paint products is ideal, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
