Senior Business Analyst Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a project/delivery role. The ideal candidate will have a high-level understanding of all aspects of digital asset changes and the digital asset life cycle.
About the Role:
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the business, including delivery managers, business owners, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders. They will use appropriate systems, tools, and processes to discover requirements, facilitate workshops, and synthesise information accurately.
The successful candidate will also be able to adopt Suncorp's Way of Working (WoW) to elaborate on requirements, create acceptance criteria, compile story cards/user stories, and estimate effort. They will have a sound comprehension of Suncorp's business context, including strategy, key systems/processes, and critical issues/constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
* Use Agile ways of working and supporting tools like JIRA, Confluence, to document, plan, and track requirements.
* Collaborate with UX designers and developers to come up with optimal technical solutions to business problems.
* Elicit and define business requirements, translating them into technical requirements for developers.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the Digital domain.
* High-level understanding of all aspects of digital asset changes and the digital asset life cycle.
* Experience implementing change across various digital processes, including Sales, Service, Renewals, Payments, Claims, Mobile, Web, and AI.
