**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**
Our client is an entrepreneurial RTO and established for-purpose organisation who have community development at the heart of all its services. Due to their continued success across Australia, our client requires an experienced Assistant Training Manager to join their dynamic team.

As Assistant Training Manager, you will be an integral part of the business operations across Victoria within the training and delivery of programs, with a primary focus on maintaining quality, ensuring an efficient and profitable operation.

**RESPONSIBILITES**
- Travel across VIC campuses providing exceptional leadership and mentorship to regional staff, whilst also supporting training and operations managers in regional functions;
- Client-facing relationship building with a wide variety of external stakeholders;
- Ensure the ongoing management and monitoring of performance and individual training delivery progress and student completion;
- Manage and report on performance regarding trainer performance, course management and trainer strategy;
- Deliver a structured Training Program delivery and assessment schedule, ensuring courses meet all requirements;
- Provide student support, ensuring any concerns are recorded and actioned accordingly.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess at least 3 years experience within a RTO business, preferably within a Training Coordinator position or similar;
- Demonstrated mentoring and leadership management experience of large teams;
- Knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office and management of software or recruitment databases;
- Can prioritise and manage multiple tasks within agreed timeframes;
- Identify client needs and issues using exceptional communication skills;
- Build and maintain relationships with team members, other teams, colleagues together with prospects and customers;
- Self-motivated and a positive attitude.
