Northline is seeking a motivated Mechanic/Administrator to join our team. This hands-on, dual-role position is perfect for someone with mechanical know-how who's also comfortable with administrative duties to help keep our fleet and operations running smoothly.
About the role:
Assist with daily breakdowns and triage work
Assist with routine servicing and maintenance on our fleet
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report on action items
Keep workshop clean, safe, and compliant
Maintain equipment and consumables registers
Track fuel usage and assist with NHVAS compliance
Maintain up-to-date maintenance and inventory records
Support workshop scheduling and fleet reporting
Complete safety reporting, audits, and incident follow-up
Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
To be successful in the role:
Previous experience in transport or fleet maintenance
Strong administration and organisational skills
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasksable to work independently and within a team
Great communication and time management skills
