Project Coordinator
Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator role is a crucial part of our project management team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate coordination, communication, and execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Prepare quotes as requested, assist in coordinating start-up of shipment, perform day-to-day operations of project shipments, and coordinate on-site handling.
* Communication and Liaison: Work closely with clients to promptly attend to their requests, ensure timely and correct invoicing, and maintain open lines of communication.
* Financial Management: Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies, ensuring timely submission of profit and loss estimates, and revenue reports.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: 2+ years of experience in Cross Trade and/or Projects, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
* Skillset: Strong customer service skills, good communication skills, ability to calculate figures, and general numerical skills.
