**About Our Client**:
My client operates in the Real Estate industry and are a leading player in both sales, rentals and property management. They also provide services to other similar Real Estate businesses, meaning they have a diverse & very profitable model.The business is relatively young, however have enjoyed considerable success, with over 800 5* reviews.
They operate out of modern offices in the Indooroopilly / Taringa area with parking available on site.
This is a newly created position due to growth within the business, so there is scope to shape the role around the new successful incumbent. With this said, primary duties include:
- Supporting process Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Trust Accounting
- Liaising with buyers and sellers to ensure money changes hands correctly
- Supporting the team with property contracts from a finance perspective
- Managing & supporting a small, offshore team of bookkeepers
- Bank account reconciliations
- Reconciliation of the marketing budget
- Liaising with customers & clients, occasionally answering the phone
- Ultimately this is a hands on, broad role within a small business, so you will support across a range of areas.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Xero experience preferred
- An understanding of Real Estate contracts will be beneficial
- An understanding of Trust Accounts is beneficial
- Holding full working rights in Australia & be able to commute to Indooroopilly regularly

- Salary from $70,000 - $90,000 + superannuation (this will depend on experience)
