The successful candidate will support the development of national training frameworks, contribute to program improvement initiatives and assist in building capability across diverse emergency response teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning and delivering emergency response training aligned to contractual requirements;Developing curriculum, assessments and governance frameworks;Supporting training teams with qualification mapping and LMS reporting;Coordinating formal training across multiple locations;Assisting with emergency scenario planning and drills;Monitoring compliance with operational and emergency procedures.Skills, Knowledge, and ExperienceThis successful candidate will demonstrate experience in firefighting or emergency management, with proven capability in training delivery and assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, trainers and operational personnel.
Experience in high-risk or complex emergency environments will be highly regarded.
