Executive Manager Service Delivery Role
The role of Executive Manager Service Delivery is a senior leadership position that oversees the effective delivery of our Community Transport and Home Services programs across Tasmania. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive level position, advanced leadership skills, and proven ability to lead diverse teams.
This leadership role requires strategic and operational expertise, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement across teams and processes. Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of service delivery strategies, managing budgets and resources, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative Executive Team, contributing directly to strategic planning, workforce development, and operational reporting to the Board.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as financial and business acumen at an Executive level. A current C class driver's licence, Working with Vulnerable Persons Card, and National Police Check are also required.
