Support Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios in a hybrid role that allows flexibility to work from home or the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administration support on client insurance and risk needs.
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
* Participate in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
* Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and timely.
* Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance duties.
* Manage stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
* Enhance customer experience through exceptional service.
