Using your lived experience as a carer of someone with significant mental health challenges, you'll ensure families are included in the recovery journey, providing guidance, advocacy, and emotional support. Collaborating with inpatient, community, and rehabilitation services, you'll foster a whole-systems approach that promotes connection, social inclusion, and hope for the future. In this role, you will facilitate ongoing engagement with carers, offer education and resources, and advocate for carer-inclusive practices, helping shape service delivery to ensure carer involvement is integral to consumer recovery.About youYou will bring strong communication skills, lived experience as a Carer, and a commitment to ensuring carer-inclusive practices are embedded in recovery-focused care.
