KHA is seeking a talented BIM Manager to join our Fremantle studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work across many typologies and grow professionally at one of Australia's most awarded practices.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the production of project information models
* Lead progress meetings to discuss updates and issues
* Select and implement collaboration tools
* Assist staff on the implementation of BIM technology
* Inform project stakeholders on project BIM strategy.
* Implement BIM across all projects as required
* Ensure that changes in procedure and standards are communicated to project teams
* Manage and maintain project content
* Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines
Experience needed:
* Qualifications in architecture or construction
* Extensive experience with Revit
* Experience with 3D modelling or Autocad
* Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
* Proven leadership and mentorship experience
* Worked in teams at large firms
