Human Resources Leader
We are seeking a motivated and highly visible leader with significant experience in leading a People and Culture team. You will be a HR professional who has delivered HR strategies and initiatives in an industrial environment successfully through excellent leadership, engagement, and technical skills.
The successful candidate will join our organisation at an exciting time as we commence on our newly refreshed corporate strategy with significant capital investment at all locations. This newly created role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for leading the People & Culture division.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Contribute to the leadership of the organisation, including the delivery of the corporate strategy through development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
* Develop and provide oversight of the people and culture strategy, ensuring a focus on organisation development and establishing a culture that supports the strategic plan.
* Deliver a high level of engagement and visibility across internal and external stakeholders to motivate teams and foster trust, commitment and pride.
* Lead the provision of effective employee services, including recruitment, talent management, development, and payroll.
* Champion the delivery of the employee value proposition.
* Provide oversight to the industrial relations program, ensuring compliance with implementation and dispute management.
* Influence, champion, and challenge the safety culture to improve safety outcomes.
* Prepare high quality papers for the Board and Sub Committees.
