Job Summary

* Strategically manage a portfolio of customers by establishing trusted relationships and gaining an in-depth understanding of their business needs to drive increased revenue.
* Understand customer personas and segmentation to inform targeted engagement with key decision makers.
* Stay up-to-date with business intelligence about market conditions, competitor activities, and potential threats.
* Identify opportunities to address customer objections and drive efficiencies in their operations.
* Develop a deep understanding of the client's products and solutions to effectively sell the right offerings to customers by highlighting features and benefits aligned with our value proposition.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating across different departments to support sales, hire lifecycle, general enquiries, and feedback.
* Develop targeted sales plans for customers across your portfolio, outlining key actions to drive increased revenue and improve customer experience, including NPS results.
* Adept at adopting our selling methodology, employing a consultative selling approach.
* Effectively manage your sales pipeline through CRM, leads, price enquiries, quotes, and tenders, working collaboratively with the broader sales team to update and maintain CRM records, prioritise shared geographical areas, and set appointments.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
* Support Customer Support Centre activities as directed and undertake additional duties within scope.


The Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience in an inside sales role within mechanical, construction, or machinery industries.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.


What We Offer

* An attractive salary package between AUD 75,000 - AUD 90,000.
* Super + 10% annual incentive (2.5% quarterly).
