Administrative Assistant Pathology

This role supports the day-to-day functions of a pathology operations office, providing administrative assistance and support to senior leaders.


About You

The ideal candidate will possess professional communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a secretarial/administrative/executive assistant role is essential.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-level administrative support to senior team members.
* Assist with various clerical duties, including budget management, invoice tracking, and payment processing.
* Support personnel management as required.
