This role is ideal for a mid-level Salesforce professional with strong technical capability across Apex, LWC and Flows, who is looking to step into a long-term application support position within a global manufacturing business.If you enjoy a mix of technical troubleshooting, configuration, minor development and incident/change management, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, supportive team environment.What You'll Be DoingProviding L2/L3 production support for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience CloudTroubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests and managing enhancementsDeveloping and configuring Salesforce components (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows)Supporting stakeholders across global business units during the RUN/BAU phaseEnsuring application stability, performance and compliance with enterprise standardsAssisting with release and deployment activitiesSupporting Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware) where requiredWhat We're Looking ForPrimary SkillsSalesforce Service Cloud / Experience CloudApex, LWC, FlowsSecondary SkillsSalesforce integrations (APIs/middleware)Release & deployment managementStrong stakeholder communication with global teamsDay Rate: $560/day incl.
