About the Role
An opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of system, operational and compliance initiatives. You'll work closely with business and technology teams to define requirements, improve processes and ensure solutions are aligned to strategic and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate workshops to capture and validate business requirements
* Translate business needs into clear functional and process documentation
* Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
* Support solution delivery across multiple workstreams
* Contribute to testing strategies and user acceptance testing

* Background in business analysis within financial services or similar environments
* Strong documentation, analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and pragmatically
* Structured, proactive and delivery-focused approach
* Experience working across system or transformation projects
