The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven expertise in managing the full procurement life cycle for strategic IT projects, including commercial negotiations, contract management, and providing high-level advice to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Experience in reviewing and negotiating complex software licensing arrangements is essential, as is the ability to lead and supervise a small team to consistently deliver high-quality, customer-focused services.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are critical, enabling the candidate to build and maintain strong professional relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
