Giving back allows us to improve public spaces where people connect, promote public safety and advance access to education and technology.RoleThe Partner Channel Manager is responsible for proactively generating new revenue from Crown Castle’s business products and services through partner relationships. This is a quota bearing position responsible for sales revenue generated from new and existing partners in this individual’s assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving a monthly sales quota from an assigned territory through channel partnersResponsible for interfacing with assigned agent partners for the purpose of maintaining the business relationship and achieving the budgeted sales volumes.Maintain detailed sales forecasts both monthly and quarterlyWork with partners under our National Master Agent program to generate new sales revenueRecruit and train new partners from a defined sales territory on Crown Castle products, process and proceduresCommunicate regularly with partners to uncover new opportunities and qualify opportunities against Crown Castle’s product portfolioAttend sales calls with channel partners to present and assist in closing Crown Castle opportunities with end-usersDeliver marketing campaigns to current and potential channel partnersAdditional responsibilities include being in the field 3 to 4 days per week meeting and visiting with their sales partnersTravel as required according to business needsEducation/CertificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience/Minimum Requirements7-10+ Years selling WAN and IP Technologies to Enterprise, Government/Education, Media or HealthcareExisting relationships with potential Crown Castle channel partners5+ years of working with indirect channel partners preferably selling Metro Ethernet or Fiber Optic productsMust show a proven track record of exceeding sales goalsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in Sales Force Automation and CRM applicationsExpectationsProven prospecting, networking and business development skillsStrong written and verbal communications skillsSelf-motivated team playerStrong presentation skillsProven negotiation skillsEstablished understanding of Ethernet, IP and Networking technology (required)Strong understanding of competitive landscape in Metro Ethernet and IP market (required)Knowledge of facilities-based fiber business within our footprintOrganizational RelationshipReports to: Fiber Sales Managing DirectorTitle(s) of direct reports (if applicable): N/AWorking Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.The hiring base salary range offered for this position is $88,400-$121,500 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan.
