Our team in Far West Local Health District is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to undertake administrative tasks.
This includes typing letters/policies, accommodation allocation, telephone calls, mailing, filing, record compilation, calendar bookings, liaising with Remote Health Sites, travel/vehicle applications and bookings, data entry and filing, producing reports and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and ordering stock, stationery, and linen stock purchasing, delivering, sorting, distributing and auditing stock.
This is an opportunity to work in a high-pressure environment and utilize skills in MS Office Suite, accurate data entry, and working knowledge of roster and finance systems.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational and time management skills who can meet strict deadlines and has the ability to work under broad supervision as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in office administration or recent administration experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
