At the forefront of innovative technology, we seek a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead our efforts in the APAC region.

This role will focus on crafting integrated marketing programs and campaigns that synergize with sales to attract new business and expand within our customer base.

We require someone who is forward-thinking, results-driven, and adept at building and maintaining relationships while translating business needs into effective marketing programs that deliver pipeline.

The ideal candidate will be resourceful, committed to continuous improvement, and enthusiastic about driving demand.

* D drive APAC marketing strategy: collaborate with sales, global demand generation, and stakeholders to create and execute cohesive demand-driving programs across the APAC region.
* Support pipeline strategy across key APAC markets including Australia, Singapore, Japan, and other priority countries.
* Translate global marketing initiatives into relevant APAC projects.
* Define demand generation strategy, coordinating priorities across digital, social, events, creative, PR, and SDR teams.

Campaign Execution and Coordination:

* Manage marketing plan execution, working with colleagues in events, digital marketing, content, and creative.
* Develop and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns aligned with business goals.
* Build custom landing pages, webinars, and email campaigns using tools like Hubspot, SFDC, On24, and Wordpress.
* Working with corporate teams, create region-specific content (videos, blog posts, social media content, webinars) tailored to target audiences.
* Promote and execute owned and third-party events.
* Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
* Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities.

Efficient Follow-Up and Optimization:

* Maintain efficient follow-up procedures, including lead routing and scoring.
* Own campaign reporting and adapt tactics for marketing qualified leads and pipeline revenue.
* Review and report on pipeline build and progression, establishing a regular reporting cadence with marketing and sales counterparts.

Event Management:

* Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of all events in the region.
* Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, event marketing material, and equipment.
* Manage event logistics, including shipping and deliveries, transportation arrangements, and rooming lists.
* Work with 3rd party event managers and communicate all key information and details back to the region Team Lead.
* Track and manage event budgets and expenses.
* Develop event metrics and analyze performance to report on event ROI based on attendee engagement, pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics.

Partner Marketing:

* Plan and execute co-marketing strategies, content, and programs with Nerdio channel partners to grow channel partner deal registrations and revenue.
* Ensure partner teams are equipped to drive customer demand for joint solutions including creating training materials as needed for ongoing partner sales enablement.
* Work with partners to maximize program reach and potential.

Key Qualifications:

* 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with an emphasis on demand generation or integrated campaigns, preferably in IT-focused B2B technology or SaaS.
* Deep understanding of demand generation channels and content strategy, and how best to apply a multi-channel campaign strategy, including but not limited to ABM, paid media, email, webinar, and content syndication.
* Is an expert in B2B campaign measurement and goal setting with an understanding of what drives conversion/volume in each channel.
* Experience marketing pay-go software and/or channel marketing experience preferred.
* Excellent budget and project management experience and demonstrable results with multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
* Strong understanding of how to enable SDR/BDR teams to amplify campaign impact.
* Strong presentation skills and ability to present integrated campaign plans to other teams and leadership.
* Highly collaborative and flexible with proven ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
* Positive attitude and growth mindset required.
