The Company:

The Role:
- You’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day retail property operations, including:
- Processing invoices & reconciling accounts (MRI)
- Managing arrears, issuing breach notices & following up payments
- Responding to tenant queries and preparing reconciliations
- Raising ad hoc charges (water, extended trade, recoverables)
- Supporting casual leasing and retail marketing activity
- Drafting tenant communications, reports & internal documents
- Maintaining compliance records, incident logs & WHS reporting
The Candidate:
- Administration experience within retail property (shopping centres, retail precincts or property management)
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MRI is a plus, but training provided
