Summary Of The Position
Picton locationPermanent Full-Time position – 38 hours per weekCommencing salary from $84,360 per annum + 12% Superannuation Fortnightly rostered day off
About The Opportunity
We are seeking applications for a Foreman Civil Works to join our Infrastructure Operations team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading one of our civil construction crews to improve the civil assets in our shire.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:
Certificate IV in Civil Construction (or equivalent) OR must agree to obtain Certificate IV in Civil Construction (or equivalent)Work Health and Safety Construction Induction Certificate (White Card) AND a Current Class C Drivers LicenseExtensive experience in Leading and supervising a team on civil construction projectsExtensive experience in all aspects civil construction, Council construction specifications including kerb & gutter, drainage and footpathsUnderstanding of level control and equipment setupAbility to read and understand civil construction plans
