They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end HR services and help shape a positive, compliant and people-centred workplace.

This is a hands‐on generalist role with real impact — ideal for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating IR/ER matters, and driving continuous improvement across people and culture.

You'll also play a key role in strengthening organisational culture and identifying opportunities to enhance HR systems, processes and employee experience.

About You

You're a confident, empathetic and solutions-focused HR professional who thrives in purpose-driven environments. You bring:

* Previous experience working within the community services or care sector (such as aged care, disability, health or not-for-profit)
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, including IR/ER responsibilities
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Awards and compliance frameworks
* Experience supporting leaders through complex people matters
* High emotional intelligence, integrity and discretion
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative leadership team

Experience working under the SCHADS Award will be highly regarded.

Why This Role
* Permanent, full-time opportunity based in Lismore
* Work with a values-led organisation making a genuine difference in the community
* Broad, influential HR role with autonomy and variety
* Supportive leadership and the opportunity to shape culture and best practice
