What you will be doing

Join a supportive People & Culture team with the autonomy to bring new ideas to life. You'll be trusted as our recruitment expert and valued as a key partner to leaders across the organisation, too: -

Own end‑to‑end recruitment across all non‑executive roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and smooth onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design smart, people‑centred hiring strategies.
Use labour market insights to stay ahead of trends and support proactive workforce planning.
Coach leaders in structured, fair and evidence‑based selection.
Build strong internal and external partnerships to grow our talent pipeline and deliver a standout candidate experience.
Champion our employer brand, strengthening Suncare's reputation as an employer of choice in aged care.

You will Thrive in this role if you have

Around 3+ years' experience in high‑volume recruitment, talent acquisition, managing busy end‑to‑end recruitment portfolios.
Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence using ATS (ideally JobAdder), HRIS and workforce data.
Strong understanding of Fair Work, employment law and talent best practice.
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field, desirable.
Bonus points for experience in aged care.
Relevant compliance checks (or willingness to obtain).
