Office Manager – Building & Insurance Repairs

RE-BUILT Group is a growing domestic building company specialising in insurance repairs, builder warranty work, private repairs, and renovations. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of our office operations and play a key role in the smooth delivery of projects.
This interactive role will be the central point of coordination between clients, insurers, trades, suppliers, and management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, job scheduling, and workflows
* Act as first point of contact for clients, delivering a high-quality customer experience
* Coordinate job bookings, trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Support insurance and builder warranty documentation, invoicing, and reporting
* Oversee administrative systems, document control, and compliance requirements
* Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, job cost tracking, and supplier accounts
* Lead and support administrative staff, including onboarding and performance support
About You
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or senior administrator (construction or insurance repairs preferred)
* Minimum 1-2 years of Office Manager experience is required
* Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
* Experience with job management systems (Buildxact highly regarded)
* Xero or similar accounting software experience (advantageous)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
