Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing sellers, from major brands to innovative small and medium-sized businesses.
* Program Adoption: Help sellers adopt the right programs and tools to maximize their growth on Amazon.
* Industry Analysis: Analyze industry and Amazon internal data to identify opportunities and build recommendations to help sellers achieve their goals.
* Seller Feedback: Gather and relay seller feedback to internal Amazon teams to improve both seller and end-customer experiences.
* Performance Metrics: Implement and track metrics to measure success of the sellers in your portfolio and uncover opportunities.
A Day in the Life:
As a Graduate Account Manager, you will connect with sellers to understand their needs, collaborate with product teams on solutions, and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities. You will participate in team meetings to share insights and work together on innovative approaches to support our sellers.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
* Education: Be in the final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree (any discipline) or have completed your studies in the last 24 months.
* Experience: Have some experience in sales or account management, marketing, or consulting.
* Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex concepts simply, both in writing and orally.
* Technical Skills: Be a confident user of MS Office products and applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Work Experience: Some work experience, whether through placement years, internships, or university (e-commerce experience highly regarded).
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL and Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
* Customer Relationship Management: Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems.
