The Opportunity
We're seeking an inspiring Quality & Education Manager to lead compliance, clinical education, and governance in a well-established aged care home. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, highly organised, and passionate about quality care, who thrives on mentoring teams and driving improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and empower clinical and care teams
* Oversee audits, accreditation, and compliance with Aged Care standards
* Champion continuous improvement and best-practice initiatives
* Support staff development, engagement, and retention
* Manage education programs and quality frameworks
* Collaborate with leadership to ensure operational excellence
About You
* AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in quality, compliance, or education in aged care
* Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor teams
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
* Confident, approachable, and solutions-focused
* Passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care and supporting staff
