The Role
1. Serve as the welcoming face of the APG & Co office, providing general support to visitors and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients, in person and on the phone.
2. Be the "go to" for all things office related:
3. reception,liaising with building managementresponsible for ordering & maintaining office, stationery & kitchen supplies.
4. Assisting with incoming & outgoing mail, domestic & international couriers.
5. Keep a safe and clean reception area complying with procedures, rules and regulations within our WH&S standards.
6. Management of meeting room bookings and maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms.
7. Assist with company-wide meetings and organise office catering as required.
8. Actively involved in organising Culture Club activities, communication on events, and employee engagement activities.
9. Maintains Security system credentials, issuing of security access passes.
10. Provide ad-hoc administrative support to executive team members .
11. Printing & Binding of monthly reports, quarterly Audit & Board reports .
12. Complete POS codes for HR Team
13. Organise & manage quarterly Sample Sales in conjunction with Sample Sale Committee.
14. Organise & manage office archiving as required .
15. Act as a Fire Warden for APG&Co.
16. Act as a member of Sustainability Committee member.
You
17. Previous reception / office admin experience
18. Retail experience (preferred)
19. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
20. Be highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence internally and externally
21. Flexible, patient and the ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
22. Being able to manage expectations and priorities and communicate with relevant team members
23. Results orientated mindset with a passion for making things happen
24. Be a strong team player that can be part of a strong culture
25. Maintain a neat, tidy and professional appearance
26. Excellent organisational and communication skills
