Backstage Experience Manager
The Role:
At the heart of our performing arts venue, we're seeking a skilled Backstage Experience Manager to create an exceptional experience for artists and visiting professionals.
You'll be the first point of contact, providing a calm, friendly, and professional presence in every backstage moment. Your primary goal is to ensure that every interaction runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer service, events, or venue operations with ease.
* Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with artists, performers, and visiting professionals.
* Maintain safety protocols, inductions, and emergency procedures with confidence.
* Ensure clean and well-presented backstage areas at all times.
* Operate computer systems effectively, completing clear event reports using Microsoft 365 and Event Management software.
* Communicate effectively across multiple departments.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles, events, or venue management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Strong communication skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that this role requires a current Responsible Service of Alcohol RSA) certificate and Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC). A willingness to obtain HLTAID011 Provide First Aid course if required.
