About the role:
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Deliver exceptional customer service, skincare consultations, and personalised beauty rituals
Build strong customer relationships through clienteling and ongoing follow-ups
Ensure the counter is visually merchandised to Clarins standards at all times
Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control with accuracy
Report on sales performance and implement strategic actions to drive results
Conduct regular team training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Uphold and promote Clarins brand values, image, and standards
